
ISCC Prays for Humboldt Broncos
The members and the executive council of the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada (ISCC) are saddened by yesterday’s tragic accident in Saskatchewan in which 14 young Canadian hockey players were killed and 14 were injured. This tragedy has touched every Canadian’s heart.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. The loss of such young lives is very painful and heartbreaking.”, said Imam Syed Soharwardy, the founder of ISCC.
Islamic Supreme Council of Canada and Muslim Council of Saskatchewan will be holding two prayer services for the victims today.
- First prayer service will be held at 8:00 PM at the Jamia Riyadhul Jannah Saskatoon, 2233 Hanselman Avenue, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
- Second prayer service will be held today at 7:00 PM at the Genesis Centre, 800 East Lake Blvd NE, Airdrie.
